This book not only has very strong illustrations thoughout the whole book, but the character development of the book is well round. I also really enjoyed the rhymic pattern of the text as well as they use of onomatopoeia's. I would use this book in the classroom as a way to introduce the imitation of a noise or action and encourage the children to get creative. Examples of these from the story are "chuffy chuffity chuff" to describe the sound of the cars. This story also has a n underlinying messgae that life is better with people that you love in it. I really enjoyed reading this story

A bear lives all alone in a cave and decides to go to the city. Kids and adults will like this rhythmic book and its illustrations.
