NA Cute story about a little girl's positivity that ultimately affects everyone in the community. I have a soft spot for the book because I read it out loud to my daughter when she was young. Pollyanna plays a game with her father called "The Glad Game," in which the two try to look on the bright side of every situation, and she takes the game with her when she goes to live with her aunt. Over the course of the book, she transforms the outlook of people living in her town, teaching them all to look on the bright side of life. I was called Pollyanna as a kid at times. I can't remember if it was delivered as an insult or a compliment but I do remember wondering who that was.
