A handsome, sexy hero, his beautiful ex-wife, an attempted murder, a thoroughly hissable villainess and a...cat. Jessica always thought that her brilliant charmer of an ex-husband married her on one of his impulses--an it-seemed-like-such-a-great-idea-at-the-time finale to a champagne picnic. And Sam? Well, he figured Jessica never really loved him. He was her first man, and as sex itself is such a snazzy little concept... In other words, had Jessica confused all that lovely feeling with love? Seven years ago Jessica and Sam divorced. Now they're together again, and fighting for their lives. But it'll take faith and love to win this particular battle--and one very special cat! "...impossible to put down until the final, wonderfully satisfying page is turned."--Kay Hooper "Fast, funny, romantic--who could ask for anything more? I loved it!"--Karen Robards You'll "never see cats--or men--in the same light..." --Peter Mandel (author of Red Cat, White Cat and The Official Cat I.Q. Test) "You Again is delectable, delightfully different...in a word, magnificat!" --Anne McAllister (author of the Code of the West trilogy) "Wonderfully original, thoroughly enchanting...sure to please lovers of romance and cats alike." --Antoinette Stockenberg (author of Emily's Ghost) Inga biblioteksbeskrivningar kunde hittas. |

This is a dark romance. Elise is a loner but she has a secret as it seems Lester does also. This is also dated but I felt myself settle into Elise's shoes and could feel the pressure of keeping her secret and the anger she felt when Lester and her brother seem to insult and hurt her with every word from their mouths. I can also understand Elise's cruelty at times. Their dad makes cryptic remarks that as an outsider I could understand but Elise could not. In the end it all works out. ( )
