Not quite as enjoyable as 'First Term...' which I re-read a day or two back, but still a good story, with an exciting and quite moving ending. There's a lot about honesty, integrity and kindness, as well as some light humour as tricks are played on the unfortunate French mistress.

Recommended to girls of around eight or nine and upwards (or boys who read a variety of books, though all the child characters are girls) and of course to adults like me who recall these with fond nostalgia from our teenage years.

Este año Belinda tiene talento para el dibujo, Alicia se supera gastando bromas y alguien es muy hábil robando monederos... ¡En Torres de Malory no hay quien se aburra!

Great fun, even though it turns into a bit of an adventure story which belongs in a soap opera towards the end. I'm also a little disappointed that Blyton isn't doing more to really describe school life, it's all to do with rivalries between the girls and redemption. That's why Trebizon is so unique and marvellous. Oh well. Still a good read! ( )

An enjoyable read with interesting characters. I liked the fact that the girls aren't all perfect like in so many similar stories.
Some of the aspects of the story were a bit predictable, but that might be because I'm an adult and this is a kid's book... ( )
