This is a very well researched and documented book. This has obviously taken years of work. This is a very well defended dissertation on how the Rapture has not one bit of Scriptural defense for it. And the Bible in original Greek supports Currie as well.

Currie does a great job at showing the truth. He does not try to hide the other sides view. He shows us what the so-called false defense of the Rapture and then what is actually in the Bible. He actually shares the definition of the words from the original Greek, which I doubled check, and he was correct, they support his position. Not only does the Bible and the Original Greek support his position, so do all of the books written in the first centaury or earlier. Including two non-Christian historians, Josephus's and Tacticus. This is a must read book. Read it and do your homework before you write a review.

It is amazing how many cults/religions have believed in the Rapture theory and have actually calculated out dates. And they have all failed with the exception of a couple, who actually get away with rolling end time dates. What I find incredible is that their followers still believe this theory after numerous proof of its error. But I checked those allegations and they were true as well. This is an excellent book covers all relevant text, Daniel, Olivet Discourse, and the Epistles through Revelation. And does not add any extra words not found in the original Greek as some of the negative reviews have. Or they take a couple of quotes out of context without understanding how to read Scripture, as most novices do. You will find that most brilliant apologetics of the Rapture theory that were educated in their own universities have reversed their decisions. You will also find that almost no one uses the Rapture as their thesis topic even in schools that teach about the Rapture....Have you wondered why? Read it and make up your own mind. ( )
