I read this years ago. The prisoners in the institution I worked in found it helpful. Some of them did. I thought Carothers oversimplified things but the idea that we should always be thankful is totally right. ( )

A friend gave me this to me because he wanted me to understand the evangelical concept of praise. The same friend recommended that I read one Old Testamental Psalm every day. I like the Psalms, but I raced through this book. You could do worse. ( )
