A manga about a normal boy finding a rather vampire-esque boy in a coffin, and getting killed by him. Naturally he gets brought back to life, and the boys now bonded together by the magic that did so, trying to figure out what exactly what vampire-esque boy is and where he's from, while killing weird things that attack them in the meantime. Not horribly deep stuff, but very fun for what it is. The main attraction of it for me would be the way that, despite the fact this is obviously aimed at the BL fans, the boys act like BOYS, rough and stubborn and somehow simply more masculine (affinity for cross-dressing regardless) than a lot of guys in this kind of manga. The art's quite pretty, and the action scenes are clear and pretty cool looking, though her character designs don't vary much from the other series she's done. A fun little thing, if it sounds your style.

The manga goes on for a couple more volumes worth, though the later chapters only appeared in Hana to Yume, and as of yet have not been published in to volumes. The author's promised the series isn't over yet and more will be written. Considering she's made good on continuing two of her other series after their 'endings,' that might actually be more likely than it sounds. As for the later chapters being made in to volumes, supposedly plans to do so keep resurfacing, but nothing's happened yet. ( )
