Wonderful Wizard, Marvelous Land av Raylyn Moore
Interesting literary analysis of Baum's writing career. It begins with a preface by Ray Bradbury noting the success of E.R Burroughs and Baum despite the disdain of literary critics and librarians, with a comparison of Oz to Alice in Wonderland, perhaps a bit unfair to Alice but making a real point --Alice may be more intellectual but less lovable.
