Thanks.
It's available on amazon.com. Would you like to receive the e-book version? I'd be glad to send you a copy?
Noticed you liked Clockwork Orange, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in reviewing my new novel and posting your comments here as well as a few other book-related sites. Thought you might like my book since it's also about a group of violent kids (and also a bit dark). I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like (I'm out of physical copies at the moment). Let me know if you're interested. Here's a link to a summary (and a sample chapter) in case you'd like to read more about the book before you commit:

Sorry to advise gertrude & Alice Cafe Bookshop has changed name and is not how it once was.

Even the G&A on Hall Street Bondi? That one did move 2 doors up the road, losing its corner position an isn't what it was. Buy it was still called G&A back in March when I was last there and still had the same owner. The store on Oxford Street Paddington was sold and changed its name to "Ampersand" over a year ago. I'll be home for the start of summer to see what has changed in any case.

Hope you are enjoying Central America.

I have been enjoying North America yes but I also enjoyed about 5 days in Guatemala which is indeed in Central America (-:
