I'm excited for this series just finished legend and if legend was astounding I can only imagine how good the other two are going to get ( )

This book is about to characters. One is day the republic's most wanted criminal. while June is the republic's little star pupil with the only perfect score 1500/1500. When day tries to save his parents from a diseases that the republic has spread he accidentally kills June brother. June is taken out of college early so she can finally put an end to this criminal. When she meets day she doesn't know it. She starts to fall in love with him but when he is captured his family is killed and one of his brothers is taken as an experiment for the republic to release on the colonies (this book is also about a after world apocalypse separating the U.S.A in to two, Colonies, and Republic) when things go wrong and june finds out the truth about the republic killing her family and lying about what they to do to the children who fails their trials, and she find the Republic is releasing diseases. She only has one choice to free day and take down the republic. In the second book she and day work with a secret organization called the Patriots. The Patriots mission is to take down the Elector of there Republic. When the old one dies and the new one takes charge Day and june realize the he is not evil, but good. In the third book Day found out he is dying. With his last few months he helps to try to bring the United States of America back. The Colonies and the Republic go into full on war with Africa helping the colonies and the Antarctica helping the Republic.
I thought it was a fantastic book with a little romance and a lot of fighting. It's cool how they have the whole world in this After world crisis. Day is a boss with his cool moves. The patriots are pretty cool too. They have there elite organization with Tess in it. It's very sad after what happens at the very end with Day and June. I don't like how Day's family is killed. I liked the part where June and the Elector go to Antarctica and its a like a big Video game. They also describe the other places like China is known as the floatings river clouds. I would like it if the Would've describe the Colonies a little bit more or how the Republic and the Colonies came to be. Over all I think it was a good but sad book. ( )
