I enjoyed the way Jennings had to sort through so many thoughts and feelings before he was able to have things happen right. The time it took for him to warm up to Penny was believable and heart-warming when he actually did. I enjoyed the ebook along with the audiobook narrated by Virginia Leishman. Leishman’s accent, inflections and portrayal of distinctive characters, including children, proves to capture the story and bring it to life.
This book is suitable for teens and older with no inappropriate intimate scenes and no bad language. ( )
