I found this book both helpful and not so helpful. There was some tips that can definitely help my teen focus on being him and not some celebrity that doesn't have it all together but what I didn't like was that the author came across as judgmental.
If you don't mind being preached at, you will get some helpful information from this book but if you're like me and don't care for the holier than thou attitude you may not.
