Slight but amusing collection of culinary buzzwords. This is definitely more of an amuse-bouche than an authoritative lexicon (for one thing, Wikipedia is repeatedly cited in the footnotes). And foodies who devour blogs, magazines, etc. may not find much that's new; since I'm not one of them, I did find this a fun and quick library read.
