A coffee table quality book, this is a well documented history of the restaurant, the family, and Ybor City/Tampa. Somewhat a shill, yet highlighting warts, The Columbia is an amazing four generation restaurant, with open doubts whether there will be a fifth generation. Scallops "Casimiro", p.116; pretty good; reduce butter by 1 tbsp; up seasoning 50%.
