Ideals Country Bread Cookbook av Darlene Kranschnabel
This is one of my most trusted bread cookbooks. I recently made the French bread. It was perfectly chewy crusty outside and soft moist inside. I have made Anadama Batter Bread, Dill Pickle Rye, White Bread, etc. They all turned out beautifully. There aren't many photos, but that doesn't bother me. I just wished this wasn't a paperback.
