It's Getting Easier av John Savage
Has some good ideas on how to present yourself and be a stand out agent, but doesnt believe in the usual sales approach. This tends to hinder some of the approaches since many agents mix and match different approaches. Using a few of his ideas and blending them with others could be a bad match. Some of them are a good match but going into this book with the knowledge that some of these ideas warrant a warning at first.
Out of the four books John Savage put out this one has the some of the more substance than the others. A quick read. Half way through he expels on his ideal treatment of clients which for some can be useful, for others it may not.
