Steve Chrisman is a graduate (barely) of Southern Oregon University, and he lives, blissfully, in the tiny coastal town of Seal Rock, Oregon, with his incredibly tolerant wife, Shannon, two daughters, two dogs and two cats. When he’s not choking on burnt food or waiting for his daughters to get out of the bathroom, he can be found walking his dogs on the miles of beautiful and nearly uninhabited beaches near his home. He was born in Laguna Beach, California, but raised in a suburb of Philadelphia. After being expelled from boarding school, he graduated (barely) from Manasquan High School on the Jersey Shore and has since lived in Oregon, Washington and Alaska. He is currently working on a screenplay about an Indian Casino in Oregon, and a sequel to The Unnatural Aging of Cheese called Slices of Cheese.
