Long Trip Home takes you on a journey. Full of emotion, challenges, and adventure!LTH is such a fun story. In short it is a story about an everyday hard working guy named Troy. Troy is married (to the bosses daughter) and has two kids. Considered by most to be a good life. Troy travels internationally for work, spending more time on a plane than at home. On one of the first legs of a long trip home, Troy's plane is forced to land at an obscure airport in the middle of nowhere in the Middle East. Troy and all the other passengers will be stranded for at least 24 hours. One of only two Americans on board this troubled flight, Troy is belittled into hanging out with the other, Isabelle. She is a very aggressive, strong willed, won't take no for an answer type of woman. At first it was about killing time in a strange country, then as they learned more about one another a friendship started to form. Immediately Troy felt out of place around her, he was not in control. Isabelle is a hot spark, she is always comfortable being in control and lives for adventure. As a result of the 24 hours they spend together, despite their differing personalities, Troy and Isabelle become friends.What Troy soon finds out about Isabelle challenges him to his core.
