10 Ways to Live a Happy Life

I fell completely in love with this 187 page messenger of love and hope. The cool thing about this one is that it is all stuff I have heard over my 34 years of recovery, but it is all in one easy to find place. The format was so simple and easy to follow I could just go right to the parts I needed at the time, and the general peaceful reassuring tone of this precious read made everything so much more fun.
The author did an amazing job helping me to truly look at myself and gave me suggestions on how to progress further in the self love department. I would recommend this great find to anyone who finds themselves stuck in old belief patterns and is looking for a gentle direct path out. Thanks Barbara, you rock.
