A good last book to the Dr. Harper therapy trilogy. I'm excited to read the prequel and the fifth book when it comes out, and yes I did already subscribe to the email waiting list!
saw this book briefly pimped up on Book Tok. The review said it was worth the read and should be picked up. Like an idiot, I listened to the Book Toker. I regret bothering this story.
Dr. Harper comes across as incompetent and most of the stuff they do seems completely illegal and unbecoming of a therapist. I wondered several times if Dr. Harper received their degree from the cracker jack box. I could not bother to even continue with it much longer.
So, I ended up DNFing the book, and I doubt I will bother picking up the next book in this series.
